Mission

As programming and outreach for the organization has grown since its inception, the mission of The Embassy Series has remained the same. 

• The mission of The Embassy Series is to promote international understanding and global cultural diplomacy through music and the Arts, by extending public access to Washington DC's embassies and ambassadors' residences, highlighting their music and culture and showcasing American and international artists.

Goals

• Establish a concert series of the highest caliber in the Nation’s Capital
• Present unusual and rarely performed music of a host embassy
• Keep ticket prices to a minimum in order to attract patrons from all socio-economic backgrounds
• Support talented, young international artists who are on a career track
• Help advance the musical training of young musicians in the Washington DC metro area
